As a L&D Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving compliance, safety, competency assessment, and general learning and development initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will identify, analyse, plan, and implement training programs while ensuring accurate records are maintained. Additionally, you will co-ordinate health and wellbeing initiatives to promote a healthy work environment. Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor's Responsibilities: In this role you will provide a professional and inspiring welcome to new colleagues, co-ordinating the company induction programme, along with planning and delivery of the annual training schedule. You have the capability to work independently and take responsibility for production and delivery of key training programmes, along with management development programmes. You will oversee the apprenticeship programmes, checking in with colleagues to offer support where needed. You will also be involved in the coordination of compliance training courses for all colleagues and monitor completion of online modules. The role requires someone who can impact and influence both managers and colleagues to ensure that learning and development activities are planned in, completed in a timely manner and can also review and analyse data to support with reporting on training activities. You will have the ability to deliver a range of training topics to diverse job roles. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently deliver subjects and gain credibility. Ideally hold a recognised training qualification e.g. CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development, and IOSH Managing Safely certification or equivalent. Hybrid working is available and the role requires regular travel to company sites.
