Summary: Seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Technology programme division of a large complex financial services organisation as it undergoes a huge transformation to make the business fit for purpose and offer a strong customer centric approach. This makes it is an incredibly exciting and challenging environment for an HR professional looking to make an impact. They are seeking a commercial HR Business Partner who as supported technology as a function or worked as an HR Business Partner to support them through this change.


Responsibilities: Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives amidst a background of transformation. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent management, succession and development and leadership.


Requirements: As an ideal fit for this role you will have the following experience:

  • Experience of having worked as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrix organisation ideally supporting technology or within a technology firm

  • Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly

  • Strong demonstrable experience of managing complex and large-scale transformation

  • Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering role

  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions

  • High level influencing and communication skills
