What you'll be doing:

As an MI Analyst you will be providing relevant MI to support the operations function by analysing data and trends to assist in making teams more efficient with day 
to day activities.

Produce daily, weekly and monthly MI reports within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
Use multiple system databases to capture MI across all departments within Operations.
Work with team leaders to get stats on team members and report back on the department’s workloads, looking at incoming work, completed work and SLA’s.
Analyse reasons for customer contact using information received from customer surveys, phone calls and emails.
Help to improve the systems databases by working with IT departments to ensure the data being captured is accurate and reflective of the workloads being received.

Ability to work with and across other business units
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to meet deadlines within tight timelines
Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
