We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead all aspects of our UK Operations IT infrastructure, systems and services to ensure 
performance, security and efficiency.

The Package

£45k-£50k basic

The Role of the IT Manager

Managing our first & second line technical support function for office based and remote working employees to ensure that technical issues are resolved, 
including managing relationships with external suppliers to co-ordinate the response.
Managing the implementation and delivery of technical projects, such as Server upgrades, cloud migration or Compliance to ISO.27001 and Cyber Essentials
Managing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades and support of the business IT Systems and equipment including operating systems, PC’s, software 
apps, telephone, and peripheral.
Providing expert advice and support on system upgrades, installations, migrations and system maintenance.
Develop innovative solutions to improve end user effectiveness.
Develop standard operating procedures allied to best practice, and ensuring written protocols and guidelines are provided for IT team and all end-users 
using ITIL framework.
Negotiating with technology partners for cost effective solutions, while maintaining agreed SLI / SLA.
Managing and maintaining M365 estate and on prem active directory.
Lead, motivate and develop the IT team.
