Job description:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 programme consultants to reach their sales targets
- Mentor and motivate the team
- Train new consultants
- Assist the management to implement good sales practice
- Design and implement sales training
Salary:
Basic pay around £35K (subject to experience) plus commission, bonus and other benefits.
