Organisation Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a well established company based in Horley.
Reporting to the Finance Director this role will be responsible for the company's financial management and control.
Job Description
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Weekly cash forecast, monthly P & L and balance sheet forecasts
- Update and develop management reporting systems
- Oversee and manage company's invoice and credit control process
- Identify and implement improvement to company's financial operations and systems
- Managing a team of 6 including credit control
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualification
- PC Literate in MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- Solid Financial and Management Accounts experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
An organised and driven individual with the ability to drive change is essential, as this role has the scope to develop and further your career within Finance.
Previous experience working in a commercial environment would be advantageous
