My client is a global software company with a world leading suite of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Using a unique blend of strong conceptual understanding and technical expertise they empower companies by helping them visualize the “bigger picture” with fully integrated systems. This company is global and is expanding aggressively so career opportunities are immense. Due to this growth they are looking to expand their Software Implementation and Training team with an experienced Software Trainer. The right candidate would have a chance to go on business trips to distant parts of the world where other company branches are based. The role is based at the offices in Manchester City Centre and will involve some UK based travel. In this role you will: ~ Manage the delivery of multiple projects, involving complex software delivery schedules and multiple implementations. ~ Manage and execute the delivery of training for all assigned projects. Training end users on site makes up approximately 50% of this role. ~ Manage implementation budgets and report exceptions to the management team. ~ Ensure reporting of project progress is regular by updating the Project Management Office. ~ Provide good interdepartmental and external communications for all projects. ~ Provide full documentation for each project as defined in the departmental procedures and protocols and ensure an ongoing adherence to company standards. Experience required : ~ Experience in managing multiple software projects to deliver software solutions ~ Experience in implementing software training ~ Great interpersonal and communication skills ~ Some IT sales experience is an advantage ~ Own car and Full clean driving license is essential ~ Higher Education is desirable
