My clients is an international, integrated, transparent and independent organisation specializing in audit, accountancy, tax, legal,
and advisory services. The Group has a presence in over 70 countries.
JOB PURPOSE
• To manage a portfolio of listed companies, private equity backed groups and larger OMBs, UK inbound or outbound, efficiently
and within budget within our successful and growing tax department
• To assist Partners and Directors deliver outstanding quality tax advisory and tax compliance service for our clients
• To assist with building a “best in class” team and help develop the junior members of the team.
CLIENTS
• The clients of the Corporate & International Tax team would have operations in a number of countries, often in Europe and North America,
but also in China, India, Russia and South America and would require assistance with their overall tax position, including;
1. Cross-border transactions (and expansion into new markets)
2. Transfer pricing (TP)
3. Compliance, reporting and managing relationships with tax authorities
4. Associated advisory services.
• We have a number of country desks (including German and Chinese) and also given that we are an integrated global firm we work on daily
basis with our overseas offices to provide commercial advice to clients promptly.
