Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will be joining one of the largest distance learning Colleges in the UK.
This is a telephone based position, and duties include:
• Answering incoming calls from prospective students
• Making outbound calls to people who have registered an interest (NO COLD CALLING)
• Providing excellent Customer Service on a wide range of distance learning courses
• Enrolling students onto a suitable course
Full training will be provided, although relevant Telesales experience and an excellent telephone manner are essential.
You will be target orientated, self-motivated, and a committed team player. You must have drivers license and your own transport as
the location is difficult to reach using public transport.
You must be available to work a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, 10:30-6:30pm & 12-8pm pro-rata on a weekly basis. No weekends involved.
The basic salary is £16,000 + uncapped commission. The average salary including commission ranges from £23,000 to £25,000.
