We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a forward thinking, well established
company based in the Crawley area.
As a Resourcer you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Senior Sales Consultants/ New Business Developers in resourcing suitable candidates for all new vacancies
- Advertised new jobs on job boards and websites
- Searching for suitable candidates on candidate job boards
- Screening candidates in regards to their relevant skills, availability, location and salary expectations
- Screening CVs to ensure that they reflect the qualification of the role given to you by Manager
- Candidate administration
- Confirming interviews
- Lead generation
- Keeping clients up to date on the status of roles
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ideally 1 years experience in recruitment
- Good telephone and customer service experience
- Professional when dealing with candidates and clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Word, Internet and Email experience
- Committed and dedicated to meeting targets
- General administration background
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of preparing CVs to be submitted to clients
