We are looking for a mature and professional person with telesales managerial experience to manage our floor of telemarketers in Basingstoke. WHAT THE CALL CENTRE FLOOR MANAGER ROLE INVOLVES: - Making sure the telemarketing teams hit their daily, weekly and monthly targets - Training and developing new starters - Further developing team members - Maintaining an easy going but hard working environment - Keeping account of daily figures - Calculating commissions - Covering the Call Centre Manager when needed The ideal candidate will: - Be self driven and motivated - Have the ability to motivate their team - Have the ability to identify problems and help to develop new methods to eliminate call issues. - Have the ability to work under pressure.
