With offices both in Manchester City Centre & Cheshire, you will be working as part of the data development team working 
on the Group CRM & MI Strategy.
The role will include full training on the companies bespoke CRM systems and provide the opportunity to work with the end 
users within the business on a daily basis.


Key Duties:

•	Meet with business stakeholders to evaluate potential projects, generate feasibility studies ,project specifications, 
mock-up’s etc to build business buy-in
•	Implement agreed projects, document all stages of the software lifecycle and provide updates to the project team. 
Working to agreed deadlines and delivering business value quickly
•	Test and trial any newly developed software using appropriate testing methods
•	Improve operational efficiency by developing concise reports, providing business critical information in business appropriate formats
•	Support the development team and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as the business requires
•	Meet with end-users to release and integrate new modules/systems into the workplace
•	Work with 3rd party providers to handle software and data migration
•	Be flexible and always select the most suitable solution with accurate decision making
•	Research new technologies to evaluate their potential use and benefits within the current systems
•	Reviewing current systems, highlighting areas for improvement
•	Preparation of user manuals & training guides
•	Communicate effectively throughout the business the role of the software department, and the value added and 
lead by example by always displaying a professional manner
•	Team player who also can work independently, and can also demonstrate excellent communication skills


Skill Required:


Essential
•	Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent commercial experience
•	Microsoft SQL Server
•	SQL Reporting Services or equivalent
•	VB.NET or C#
•	Strong OOD Skills
•	Relational database design and optimisation
